PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy (also referred to as therapy or counseling) gets to the root of the issue and helps uncover the patterns of behavior and beliefs that keep you stuck in negative cycles. Therapeutic work is aimed at improving your mental health and your quality of life.
Coaching is for you if you’re looking for short-term collaborative sessions to work on concrete goals with steps and strategies. While coaching will address burnout and stress, we do not work through diagnostic mental health issues in coaching work.

My experience working in the tech & startup world led to my fascination with the intersection of mental health and technology. I offer independent consulting for companies looking to get a unique clinical perspective or strategy.
